I've found several with them and I always seem to get stabbed by them. The most recent was in Essex about three months ago and the scratches took several days to disappear. I'm not particularly long, but I do much prefer and seek out girls with a deep vagina i.e. the ones that feel endless, but that's only about 10% of the population. I've never felt an IUD in one of them, and they are much more preferable anyway. But the problem is you can't ask, and most girls don't even know how deep they are inside. Got to ask though, surely such a device is put in by a Doctor or similar and wouldn't have a string attached? An ex-girlfriend had such a device installed and it was put the other side of the cervix.
