I am not sure it is the legal liabilities that AX should be worried about, a PAYG phone is not "owned" by anybody and no such proof that they posted the number could be proven.wankstain9 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 9:56 pmThe difference is the liability. In the first case it's not the current owner of the 'phone no. that posts it, it's a random. In the second instance it's the owner of the no. that posts so the liabilty lies with the poster... the owner of the 'phone no... the prostitute. Ax would maybe face some difficulties if he allows anyone other than the prossie to post the no. The outcome, as you correctly point out is the same.sambrom wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 4:12 pmThe obvious question though is lets say the girl is super keep and comes as Ax sugests, logs onto the site and posts her number. Then few months later says fuck it I got job in city and ditches the phone and 2 months later giffgaf recycle the number to someone kid... were on same boat are we not?
As Max said: The difficulties lie with the number being passed onto an unknown minor and getting punters calling it, the police then get involved and this site gets looked into. A warrant could be issued (but unlikely) to hand over all the data including the database and access logs.
